There has been so much talk about the DC Cinematic Universe over the past few years and, while it does seem like Warner Bros. and DC are finally getting their act together, it seems that they are still a bit worried about some of their solo projects. We are going to see a whole host of DC characters getting standalone movies and Warner Bros. and DC are eager to make sure they are done right.

Gal Gadot is Wonder Woma
In particular, it seems that Warner Bros. and DC are most concerned about the Wonder Woman movie, as well as the Aquaman movie, and are trying to cover all their bases in a bid to get them just right. It has been claimed that a number of different writers have been brought on board, to pen their own different screenplays for the movies, as Warner Bros. and DC search for the right story.
It was claimed that the Aquaman movie has had three writers working on different scripts, with that believed to be Will Beall, Jeff Nichols and Kurt Johnstad, all of whom have handed in their first drafts and are awaiting further instructions. Meanwhile, it is thought that the Wonder Woman movie has five different people competing against each other to have their story told, one of whom is Jason Fuchs.

Jason Momoa is Aquaman
We will first see Wonder Woman, who is played by Gal Gadot, and Aquaman, played by Jason Momoa, appearing in the movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, before going off and doing their own thing. The Wonder Woman movie is slated for June 23, 2017, while the Aquaman movie will hit the big screen on June 27, 2018. Let's hope they get them right.
