British actor Tom Hiddleston has enjoyed quite the rise in Hollywood over the past few years, giving us some fantastic performances in some very impressive movies along the way. However, it is probably fair to say that Tom has become most loved for his portrayal of the comic book character Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, winning a lot of praise for his performances.
So far, we have seen Tom Hiddleston taking on the role of Loki in three Marvel movies, while we can expect to see the actor reprising the role once again for the upcoming Marvel movie Thor: Ragnarok. Tom has now opened up about his involvement in the movie, while discussing whether he will continue on as the character for future Marvel movies.
Hiddleston explained, "Thor 3 will be cool because I’ve not done it for four years. I love working with Chris [Hemsworth]. This will be my last time out of the gate." As for if that means he will not appear in Avengers: Infinity War, the actor added, "I don’t know! Honestly, I don’t know. They haven’t got their ducks in a row yet. They make it up as they go along."
There is going to come a time when we are all going to have to say goodbye to a number of our favourite actors in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but we would love to see Tom Hiddleston returning to play Loki in a few more movies yet. We guess we are just going to have to wait and see.
Thor: Ragnarok is set to hit the big screen on October 27, 2017 in the UK and November 3, 2017 in the US.
