Hollywood beauty Kristen Stewart is one of those stars who has been working in the acting industry since she was just a young girl, going on to become one of the top actresses in the business. Over the course of her acting career, there have been a number of changes that have taken place in Hollywood, including certain rules about dress codes.
Kristen Stewart has never been one to hide how she feels and has always been very open and honest about her opinion on things. Kristen has now given her views on there being dress codes for certain red carpet events, admitting that there are still some people in the business who get upset at her if she decides not to wear high heels.
Stewart was talking to The Hollywood Reporter, when she explained, "There's definitely a distinct dress code, right. People get very upset if you don't wear heels, but I feel that you can't ask people that anymore. It's just a given. If you're not asking guys to wear heels and a dress, you can't ask me either. Even four years ago, it was not even a question: you have to wear a dress. But now, it's awesome. You can't do that anymore."
While we love seeing Kristen Stewart on the big screen, it has been interesting to see her making the move to directing, with a couple of new short films, and we are sure that it will only be a matter of time before we see Kristen directing her first feature film.
