The Marvel Cinematic Universe seems to have become the blueprint for everyone to follow, when it comes to building a movie or television universe full of everyone's favourite characters. We have already seen plenty of Marvel characters appearing in the Marvel Universe in recent years and we have plenty more heading to the big screen in the coming years.
The next Marvel movie that we get to enjoy is the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron, which will see a blend of familiar faces, with some new ones thrown into the mix. One familiar face that will return is Chris Evans as Captain America, and Chris has been teasing fans about what his favourite scenes from the new movie are.
Evans explained, "I like all the scenes that we get to have together. In this movie, it’s not about having stand-out moments, it’s about trying to have stand-together moments. You want to have scenes where you’re like ‘Man, the Avengers just kicked ass!’ If it’s every man for himself then it defeats the purpose of what this movie is. We have individual films for that. So I like the scenes where – as a unit – we’re all wrecking shop. And we get a bunch of those in this."
As well as Chris Evans returning as Captain America, we will also see the return of Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, along with a number of new faces. Avengers: Age of Ultron will open on April 23 in the UK, before then hitting the big screen in the US on May 1.
