The Marvel Cinematic Universe has once again proven that it is the dominant force in Hollywood at the moment, with the release and early success of the new movie Avengers: Age of Ultron, which is already making a lot of money at the box office. Actor Chris Evans reprises his role as Captain America for Avengers: Age of Ultron and, while talking about the new Marvel movie, Chris has admitted that his co-star Chris Hemsworth has been like a brother to him.
Evans was asked by Esquire if Hemsworth was his best friend of the Avengers cast, when he replied, "Oh yeah, [Chris Hemsworth] is like a brother at this point. We've had a very similar trajectory in, at least, being welcomed into this world. We both took these [Marvel hero] roles.
He added, "We were both timid and nervous and didn't know how it was gonna play out. It's been nice to kind of share this with him. We each have the standalone films as well, which can be a whole separate element of pressure and anxiety, and he's just been so helpful to me. Just to have someone else who's going through the same struggles I am."
Avengers: Age of Ultron is the fifth time that we have seen Chris Evans appearing as Captain America on the big screen and he is not finished yet. Chris will once again reprise the role for the movie Captain America: Civil War, before then rejoining his Avengers cast mates for the two-part movie Avengers: Infinity War, which will see the first part open in 2018 and the second in 2019.
