It is fair to say that the life and career of Tara Reid has had a lot of down points over the years and she has had plenty of problems along the way, but that does not mean that she should be bullied during an interview, which seems to be what Jenny McCarthy did recently, which has not gone down well with the very lovely Amy Schumer.
During her interview with Tara Reid, Jenny McCarthy decided to make some comments about the plastic surgery Tara has gone through over the years, as well as her different reality television show appearances. This led to Reid cutting the interview short, with McCarthy getting in a last dig by saying, "I hope your knees get a little wobblier than they already are. Love you, Tara. Good luck with Sharknado 18."
Now, Amy Schumer has spoken out to criticise Jenny McCarthy for the way she conducted the interview and for the questions she asked Tara Reid. Amy says that she just wants everyone to get along and just wishes they could all be nice to one another.
Schumer explained, "I’ve never met either of them, I don’t think. But why won’t you just be nice to each other? It really seemed like she was just bullying her. You know what it’s like, people come in and they’ll be like, ‘Hey can you not talk about this thing?’ and you’ll be like, ‘OK’ and sometimes you’ll f***k with them, but she didn’t need to do ... I don’t know."
She added, "I don’t know their deal at all, but what are you doing? I don’t know Jenny, I’ve never met her — I’m sure she can be charming when it behoves her. But be nice to other women, especially other women in this disgusting f**king business, that’s all I can say."
Unfortunately Amy, that seems to be the way people have become these days and it doesn't look like changing any time soon.
